Overnight Oats

¼ cup Oats

¼ cup Oat /full fat cow’s milk

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp raisins or fresh fruit

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Optional: spoonful of Greek yoghurt

Toppings: sliced banana

Add the oats, milk and yoghurt (if using) to a bowl and mix well to combine.

Add in the cinnamon and raisins and leave to set in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.

Once the oats have set and have soaked up the liquid, top with your choice of topping.

Here at The Yoghurt & Juice Network, we love topping them with sliced banana, desiccated coconut and some chopped pecans.
